Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Shipment
Ensure the grill or accessory is unused and securely packed in its original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our Texas facility.
Arrange Transportation
Ship the item back to us using a trackable freight carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
